How it works

Our Women's Leadership Circle is designed to bring together a carefully curated group of dynamic womxn leaders for a 6-week transformational experience. Each cohort meets online weekly for 1.5 hours, creating a space where you can both support and challenge one another as you work towards personal and professional goals.

What to Expect:

  • Session 1: We begin with introductions and relationship-building to create a foundation of trust and connection before diving into coaching.

  • Sessions 2-5: These sessions will offer in-depth group discussions around key leadership challenges, as defined by you and your cohort. You’ll engage in rich dialogue, gain new perspectives, and collectively develop strategies to navigate leadership obstacles.

  • Session 6: We wrap up with a focus on key insights, actionable takeaways, and the path forward—ensuring that the momentum from the group continues beyond the programme.

Our Unique Approach: We use the Gestalt language protocol, which encourages members to speak from their own experiences using “I” statements. This fosters learning through shared experiences rather than directives. Instead of asking “why,” we focus on asking “how,” opening up space for expansive dialogue that leads to innovative ideas and fresh possibilities.

  • Our groups are thoughtfully curated to bring together leaders with aligned goals, ensuring a balance of shared experiences and diverse perspectives. During the sessions, we focus on broad, common themes relevant to all, such as confidence and leadership identity. Additionally, members can bring specific challenges to the group, which we collectively tackle and solve together.

    The coach provides a light framework to guide the process, allowing for impactful conversations while maintaining flexibility to meet the unique needs of the group.

  • Openness, vulnerability, and non-judgment are key to meaningful coaching. The more freely you share and engage, the more you’ll gain from the experience. By modeling these behaviors, you encourage others to do the same, creating a deeper and more impactful coaching environment.

  • The coach fosters a psychologically safe and supportive environment by upholding agreed-upon behaviours and boundaries. They ensure that all participants have the opportunity to contribute, encouraging insights and learning from the group. While the session content is driven by the group, the coach acts as a facilitator, guiding the process to maximise transformation.

  • We meet online every week for 1.5 hours. See below for the next cohort launch date.

  • We understand that sometimes sessions must be unavoidably missed. However, where possible we encourage everyone to attend all 6 sessions in order to build the strongest bond with the group and therefore maximise the impact of the coaching.

  • This varies by cohort but is typically between 4-8 people.

  • Our groups are specifically designed for Womxn. This means we welcome people of all genders who identify as a woman.
